Store to door courier option available,this service allows for convenient and affordable delivery across South Africa.

We use the Courier Guy to deliver our products, alternatively customers can collect directly from our warehouse.

Delivery time frames on domestic shipping is 1-3 business days for standard shipping and remote areas may take longer then 72hours and additional charges may apply.

Lead Times On Manufacturing :

Payment confirms orders and Our lead time on orders is 14-21 working days,delivery will only be scheduled once the product is manufactured.

Returns and Refunds :

If a product is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or a refund based on the outcome of the inspection process of the returned product.

Damaged Products:

At Jad Doors Pty Ltd our products are inspected before shipping and we take great care in

packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3-5 business days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Checking and Security :

Our carrier THE COURIER GUY offers tracking services, allowing customers to monitor the status of their deliveries.

A signature is required from the receiver before handing over the parcel ensuring secure delivery.

Shipping Rates are calculated by the shipping carrier and is based on the size,weight and quantity of your products as well as the postal code(area).
